Obama Victory
Well it looks like the election is over and Obama will be the next president. One of the reports that I watched tonight talked about Obama really being from the post baby boomer generation. He was too young to serve in Vietnam. The commentators were all baby boomers, which they see themselves as something special, but really they were given a great gift by the WWII generation and they screwed it up. I mean look at the two boomer presidents we have had, Clinton and W. what jokes they both turned out to be. No wonder people did not vote for the old McCain when there was a fresh young choice.
Media Bias
I saw a thing on CBS last night about how the entertainment shows have been grilling McCain with hard questions but letting Obama have a pass.
One example given was that Obama danced with Ellen on her show but McCain got drilled about why he is against gay marriage. Well Obama is against gay marriage too, so why did he get such different treatment. It was pretty much the same deal on the View where Barbara called Obama sexy and Whoopie hugged him and gushed over him. But they acted like hard reporters with McCain.
And on Letterman and Leno there have been something like 375 negative jokes about McCain but only 69 negative jokes about Obama.
And people on the left wonder why Rush or Fox News are so popular. Because conservative people get tired of all the poor treatment by the Main Stream Media. Rush and Fox bring some fairness to the media.
